Everyone isn't lucky enough to have a Wegmans or Publix to shop at every week. For many, shopping is a rather unpleasant experience involving long lines, dirty stores, funny smells not to mention rude employees and spoiled meat. The Fiscal Times reports on a recent “Consumer Reports” survey of more than 24,000 shoppers. The shoppers rank the best and worst of 52 grocery store chains – and the results show just how disappointing the customer experience can be at some megastores.
