Free Pizza Day In Jacksonville? Yes, It’s True

Blaze Pizza is opening its second Florida location on Monday across from the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville.

The Pasadena, Calif. -based chain offers “fast fired” pizza and salads, saying they use “healthful, artisanal ingredients” on an assembly line that promises thin-crust pieces in 180 seconds by using an open-flame oven.

The Jacksonville location at 4488 Town Center Parkway opens to the public on Monday, October 9, at 10:30 a.m.

Then on Tuesday, October 10, the restaurant is hosting a free pizza promotion from 11:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Anyone who likes Blaze Pizza on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat will get a free 11-inch pizza with any toppings, according to Rachel Albritton, a spokeswoman for the company.

Prices for the pizzas - with toppings included - run about eight dollars.

More information is available on Blaze Pizza’s website.
