Bay Area creatives find harmonious synergy with their new rural neighbors

Artists, dancers and creatives are being priced out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Many are seeking the rural pastures about an hour away in the San Joaquin River Delta.

Jon Kalish reports how the newcomers and their rural neighbors have formed a symbiotic bond.
