Now a moment to remember the musician Jon Hendricks, who died yesterday at the age of 96. He was a master of vocalese - putting words to jazz instrumentals. He would start with something like "Freddie Freeloader" by Miles Davis.

Taylor Swift's latest album, Reputation, is currently sitting atop the Billboard 200 album chart. Considering the elaborate promotional campaign it received leading up to its Nov.

Hundreds of victims of the Oct. 1 shooting in Las Vegas filed five lawsuits in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday.

The largest of the suits names 450 plaintiffs. Among those being sued are MGM Resorts International, owner of the Mandalay Bay resort; Live Nation, organizer of the country music festival at which 58 people were killed; and the estate of Stephen Paddock, the shooter.

Country star Mel Tillis died yesterday after a long illness. He was 85. Blake Farmer of member station WPLN says the prolific songwriter's road to fame wasn't an easy one.

Eminem gave his fans a mix of old and new during his appearance on Saturday Night Live Nov. 18. The Detroit rapper delivered a must-see performance as musical guest during the Chance The Rapper-hosted show.

"Despacito" continued its magical run of success by earning four statuettes tonight at the 18th annual Latin Grammy Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas is ground zero for Latin Grammy action. Most of the artists are staying here, so the elevator lobbies are jammed with people waiting for a glimpse and a selfie with their favorite pop stars.
