The historic Jacobs Jewelers clock in Downtown Jacksonville is pictured.

Clocks will spring forward one hour this Sunday for Daylight Saving Time.

The annual time-change means people can once more irrigate their lawns two days a week instead of just one.

In Duval and St. Johns counties, residents with odd-numbered addresses can turn on the sprinklers Wednesdays and Saturdays. Even numbered addresses are allowed to water on Thursdays and Sundays.

Businesses can water on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Sprinklers are prohibited from being used between  between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.  every day.

Hand-watering is allowed any time of the day or night.
