Jacksonville City Council member Michael Boylan tested positive for COVID-19 Tuesday, the latest of multiple council members to catch the virus.
Boylan, 70, said the test was prompted by him "feeling kind of weird." He said he was vaccinated early last year and received a booster shot in November.
"I would call it a moderate case. More than a bad cold," he said.
