Twin Peaks restaurant is building out at Kernan and Atlantic boulevards.

The Twin Peaks restaurant is building out at southwest Kernan and Atlantic boulevards in East Arlington at a project cost of $1.76 million.

The city issued a permit Thursday for Cliff Mason Construction LLC of Swainsboro, Georgia, to renovate the former Cinco de Mayo building, which began as Johnny Carino’s, at 11892 Atlantic Blvd.

Cinco de Mayo moved to Harbour Place.
