Jacksonville residents are looking forward to the return of curbside recycling in April. The service will resume after it was stopped last year. At the same time, a special City Council committee is going to look at how Jacksonville collects garbage and then recommend changes for a challenged system that’s drawn a lot of complaints.

'The Color Of Law'
"The Color of Law" is a new art exhibit that will be on display in the new Historic Eastside Cultural Center’s grand opening Friday. It focuses on redlining in Jacksonville and its effect on today’s residents through the eyes of Florida-based artists.
