05/21/15: Mental Health; L'Arche Harbor House; Mystery Trip Suitcase Party; Kerry Speckman

As the nation marks Mental Health Month, we speak with Denise Marzullo, President & CEO of Mental Health America of Northeast Florida, about what can be done to end the stigma surrounding mental illness and how the "100 Portrait Project" photography exhibition aims to spark a community conversation about the topic.

Jacksonville's L'Arche Harbor House is part of an international network of communities where people with and without intellectual disabilities live and work together as peers. Amy Finn-Schultz, Executive Director of L’ArcheHarbour House of Jacksonville, and community member Mary Rath join us with a look at how L’Arche encourages people toward mutually transformative relationships.

We get a preview of Jacksonville Magazine's Mystery Trip Suitcase party benefiting the ILRC of Northeast Florida from organizer Tyler Morris.

And our contributor Kerry "The Specktator" Speckman joins us with a rundown of the biggest events around town this weekend.
