We heard an update on the proposed Emerald Necklace which would encompass about 19 miles of trails, green space and parks. Groundwork Jacksonville Program Director Alyssa Bourgoyne told us about a meeting revealing the trail’s master plan Tuesday night at FSCJ’s Advanced Technology Center (38:52).
