Medical marijuana – at least one strain of it – is now legal in Florida.

On Monday, Governor Rick Scott signed legislation approving medication known as "Charlotte’s Web" to treat children in Florida with debilitating illnesses.

Meanwhile, voters will be asked in November to weigh in on Amendment 2, a much broader medical pot referendum that would legalize marijuana for a range of conditions.

Already entrepreneurs are rushing to lay the groundwork in the Sunshine State for legal sales of the drug.

Evan Nison is director of the East Coast cannabis division of TerraTech, a California-based agricultural technology firm. He joined Melissa Ross to discuss Florida's marijuana market.
