The United States Coast Guard on Monday released the audio of some of the calls that came in from people who witnessed a ship hit the Mathews Bridge Thursday afternoon.

USNS Harry L. Martin struck the bridge just before rush hour on Thursday. The Coast Guard is investigating the cause of the accident.
The head of the Florida Department of Transportation is expected to provide an update on the condition of the bridge later this afternoon.
