Recovering from Coronavirus

Everyone needs to be very vigilant about staying home, practicing social distancing and hand washing, and flattening the curve. With all of that said, the majority of people who come down with coronavirus do recover, including people over 65. Paula Horvath is a retired UNF instructor. There’s a simple, one-minute meditation to cope with stress and anxiety around the COVID crisis. It comes from renowned yogi Dan Nevins of Ponte Vedra, who will be giving us some more stress-relieving meditation exercises in the weeks ahead.
