People gather Monday night in a show of support for the family of Tristyn Bailey.

In a large showing of support for the family of Tristyn Bailey, members of the community gathered in St. Johns County for a vigil Monday night to remember the 13-year-old.

Editor’s Note: A previous version of this story identified the murder suspect by name. WJCT News has chosen to remove that identification because the suspect is a minor and has not been charged as an adult.

WJCT News partner News4Jax reported Bailey was found dead Sunday after she had been reported missing.
