First Read: JSO Is Building Case Against Lonzie's Caregiver

William Ruben Ebron is now believed to be responsible for the 21-month-old Lonzie Barton’s disappearance. The investigators searching for Lonzie Barton have found remains of an unknown person believed to have been dead for at least a year. A $1,000 fine now awaits formal approval from Governor Rick Scott in order for Former Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll to resolve allegations she did not properly report income from consulting work when she ran with Scott in 2010.
