University of Maine student held for Palm Beach murder: Zedric Joseph, 23, of West Palm Beach, who played football for the University of Maine, is being charged with the stabbing death of a West Palm Beach man. (Bangor Daily News)

Scott backs in-state tuition for undocumented students: Governor Rick Scott supports a state Senate proposal allowing some undocumented immigrants to pay in-state college tuition rates. (Tampa Bay Times)

Restraining order against Rep. Grayson dropped: A permanent restraining order filed by Lolita Grayson against her estranged husband, Florida Congressman Alan Grayson, has been dropped. (Reuters)
