Jacksonville Man Wins $15 Million Florida Lottery Prize

A winning $15 million Florida Lottery ticket was sold at Ron's Food Mart.

A Jacksonville man has won $15 million in a Florida Lottery scratch off game.

Jason Maresch, 48, scored one of the eight top prizes in the Florida 100x The Cash game.

He claimed his money at the lottery headquarters in Tallahassee, opting to take a lump sum payout of $11,175,000.00.

The winning ticket was sold at Ron’s Food Mart at 2603 Spring Park Road. The convenience store is getting a $30,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket, according to the lottery.

The game costs $30 and features eight top prizes of $15 million.

The scratch-off games generated more than $871 million for the state’s Educational Enhancement Trust Fund for the last fiscal year, according to the lottery.
