Rubio Slams "Obamacare" In Jacksonville

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio says he doesn’t know if he has enough votes to defund the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

Rubio says he won’t support a continuing resolution to fund the government unless all funding for Obamacare is removed.

His stance has him at odds with several prominent Republican Senators.

Rubio says all senators will have to make their own choice, adding that he’s not threatening a government shutdown, but he won’t vote for any spending on Obamacare.

Rubio says if the government does shut down October 1st, it will be President Barack Obama who should get the blame.

He also says there needs to be a major overhaul of Medicare, the tax code, and education for the nation to see strong economic growth and cut the $17 billion debt.
