The Office of Governor Rick Scott

Kentucky-based R.J. Corman Railroad Group is locating the regional headquarters of it's newly formed subsidiary, R.J. Corman Signaling, in Clay County.

The company will create 58 engineering jobs with an average pay of over $62,00o per year.

Governor Rick Scott and local officials were on hand for the job announcement today in Orange Park. Scott said the new jobs are reflective of the work being done to bring good jobs to Florida.

R.J. Corman Railroad Group President Craig King praised the governor's office and other state and local officials for their work with the company.

King said the company wanted close access to Florida engineering schools and expects to grow operations in the future.

R.J. Corman is a multi-service provider of the railroad industry. The new subsidiary will focus on signal system design, wiring, construction, maintenance, packing and logistics.
