The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said she was last seen in the 100 block area of Julia Street in St. Augustine.
She was wearing a white Nike shirt and pink shorts.
El'egance may be with Essence Price and Alina Holmes. FDLE is calling Holmes the "abductor." They may be traveling in a 2001 black Aucra CL with Georgia license plate number RYT5647. Or, they might be in a silver Chevrolet SUV.
