Where Should Sidewalks Be Built In St. Johns County? Here's Your Chance To Give Input

NORTH FLORIDA TPO

The North Florida Transportation Planning Organization is conducting a survey to find out where new sidewalks are needed in St. Johns County.

County spokeswoman Sarah Butler said Tuesday people like to walk, and they want to be safe doing it.

“We hear from residents often, ‘hey, we need more sidewalks up in Ponte Vedra,’ or ‘we need more sidewalks along U.S. 1 down in the south end of the county.’”

Although the survey is mainly for people who live, work and go to school in St. Johns County, Butler said folks who come to visit are also welcome to take it.

“Personally, I used to live in Jacksonville, but I would come to St. Johns County every single weekend just for recreation. So, if you’re here that often and you have some feedback, then please, by all means, take the survey as well.”

The survey can be taken at this webpage.
