It’s Friday on the First Coast, and we’ve gathered the most significant news of the week to discuss with local media representatives.

Among the stories: the arrest of 24-year-old Le’Keian Woods, the sale of Regency Square Mall, an increase in evictions over the last two years and the ousting of U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
