A new state law taking effect on Oct. 1 mandates flood insurance claims be disclosed by property owners before they sell their home. Real estate attorney Zachary Roth explains the new law and its significance for both sellers and buyers in an increasingly flood-imperiled state.

Then, we talk about young people and mental health. In recognition of National Suicide Prevention month, we discuss emerging challenges and daunting national trends with two expert mental health advocates. In the U.S., suicide is the second leading cause of death among young people ages 10-14 and 25-34 , and the third leading cause of death among young people 15-24, according to the National Institute on Mental Health.
