Business Brief: Preleasing Begins For Highland Row, $300M Development At I-295, Butler

The initial $300 million, 65-acre phase of Fuqua Development’s mixed-use development on 1,200 acres of Skinner family land will begin preleasing under the conceptual name Highland Row.


In 1979, My Sharona was a new hit song by The Knack,  the cast of the original Star Trek starred in their first movie and Jimmy Carter was president.

That same year, Decorative Fabrics opened in Jacksonville as a specialty fabrics retail store. It would grow into Agnes Agatha, a full-line furniture showroom offering high-end upholstery, rugs, lighting, home décor and interior design services.

But 2019 marks the end of the road for the area’s Norwalk Furniture dealer as its owners retire.
