TIAA Bank and the Jacksonville Jaguars have teamed up again to recognize exceptional individuals who are making a lasting impact in their communities.

TIAA, which acquired Jacksonville-based EverBank Financial Corp. three years ago, is offering voluntary separation packages to 75% of its U.S. employees.

TIAA Bank is getting out of the retail branch home loan business, focusing instead on making mortgage loans through the internet and other channels, the company announced Thursday.
