City Councilwoman and mayoral candidateAnna Lopez-Broschejoined us in the studio this morning to discuss her campaign and vision for Jacksonville.

A local small veteran owned business is taking  solar thermal energy to the next nevel.

The technology is different than others we’ve seen in the past.

While older technology works fine for homes, this technology can produce much higher temperatures.

Karen O’Brien, the Co-Founder of Artic Solar, joined us with more for Wednesday’s “Going Green.”

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

Michelle Wright, a local Licensed Mental Health Counselor, recently offered free mental health screenings and plans to do so again in May.

Her mission is to try to help break the stigma surrounding mental health - namely, that you are not your disorder.

The screenings are by appointment only. Email cecily@cecilymarie.com to reserve a spot.

Wright joined us now with more.
