The Jacksonville Public Education Fund has released new research on teacher retention in Duval County. 

Jacksonville Public Education Fund President Rachael Tutwiler Fortune and Darryl Willie, Vice Chair of the Duval County School Board and former Executive Director of Teach for America in Jacksonville, joined us with more.

Downtown Development Task Force

Aundra Wallace, president of the JAXUSA Partnership, joined us with more about the Downtown development task force and his thoughts on the city's efforts to shut down a tent city of homeless residents in LaVilla.

E-Scooters

Jacksonville launched a one-year pilot program for e-scooters, e-bicycles and dockless bicycles last Thursday, starting with scooters. City Councilwoman LeAnna Cumber, who introduced the legislation for the pilot program, joined us with more details.
