If you need health insurance through the Affordable Care Act you still have a few days to enroll.

Although the national deadline for open enrollment on Healthcare.gov was December 15, Floridians were given an extended deadline to December 31 because of the hurricanes.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Florida is helping with the last minute registration crunch.

Certified navigators are available for free, in-person assistance to help families enroll in coverage.

Offices are open at several locations across the state. First Coast residents that wish to sign up in person can go to the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida’s Jacksonville office at 5209 San Jose Blvd, Suite 101,  in the evenings between now and Friday.

The office hours are:

6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017
