Springfield Row Home Project Would Provide 'Missing Middle Housing'

Row homes with space for retail on the bottom floor are being proposed for Springfield, just north of downtown Jacksonville.

As Kelsi Hasden with The Jaxson tells WJCT News Director Jessica Palombo, the new homes are an example of what’s called “missing middle housing.”
