One of the first documented births on the First Coast occurred less than an hour after the new decade began.
Delilah Rae Gilio arrived at 12:43 a.m. on Jan. 1, weighing in at 6 pounds, 5 ounces, at the Orange Park Medical Center.
The proud parents are Annie Moore and Darren Gilio.
