How much power does a president have when it comes to abortion access?

Vice President Harris has said if she’s elected president, she’ll sign a bill enshrining the right to an abortion. Former President Donald Trump also has talked about abortion.

Elissa Nadworny reports on all things college for NPR, following big stories like unprecedented enrollment declines, college affordability, the student debt crisis and workforce training.
