The "Dubai Chocolate Bar" is a little like a KitKat but with pistachio nuts and nougat. The delicious treat went viral and is being interpreted by chefs across the country in the form of popsicles, cupcakes and even the traditional Polish donuts known as paczki (PONCH-kee).
