Jack Parr On Jonathan Winters: “Pound For Pound, The Funniest Man Alive”

I have loved the crazy world of Jonathan Winters since the 60's.

I bought his records, memorized the routines, never missed his weekly show or guest appearances on TV and loved his movies.

The years on Mork and Mindy served as a nice encore for a career that spanned from the early days of television to the pairing with his biggest fan, Robin Williams.

His comeback performance after a nervous breakdown in It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World in 1963 put his career back on track. His last film released was The Smurfs in 2011. 

He will be missed, but to keep the laughter going watch a few brilliant routines from one of America's funniest men:
