Late Night with Jimmy Fallon house band and hip-hop legends The Roots recently performed "Can You Tell Me How To Get To Sesame Street" with Fallon and some special guests including Big Bird, Elmo, and Grover.
Fallon's studio will be moving to New York City when he takes over The Tonight Show next February. It looks like he'll already have some friends in the neighborhood when he gets there!
