Jacksonville has a new partner when it comes to attracting tourists.
Bristol, England, is more than 4,000 miles away from Jacksonville, but tourism officials think that the two cities may be able to work together.
Destination Bristol has been working with Visit Jacksonville and the Cultural Council to create an ad campaign that will showcase the similarities between the two cities. Bristol is also a river city and tends to get tourists who are looking to visit other cities in the region.
The campaign sprang out of a visit to Bristol while the Jaguars were playing in London.
