First Place Sports is sponsoring a 3-5 K fun run Monday evening at 6:30PM in front of their store at the St. Johns Town Center.
It's part of a national effort by independent running stores to help the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
For $20 you can purchase a Runners for Boston T-shirt, all money going to One Fund Boston which was set up by Boston Mayor Tom Menino and Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to collect funds for victims.
Black Finn restaurant will hold a post-run party with menu discounts and $3 beers with proceeds going to One Fund Boston.
