The following events have been canceled due to tropical storm Andrea:
- The informational meeting planned for tonight to discuss repair and construction plans at the Beaches Branch Library has been canceled due to threatening weather. The meeting will be rescheduled for a future date.
- The Jacksonville University Presidential Alumni Reception scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 26.
- Tonight's public hearing on the proposed changes to Blanding Boulevard has been canceled. The Florida Department of Transportation plans to reschedule it sometime next month.
- University of North Florida: evening classes have been canceled. Classes and campus activities are expected to resume as usual tomorrow (Friday, 7 June).
- The Jacksonville Suns Game scheduled for tonight against the Mobile BayBears has been canceled. The game will not be made up since the two teams do not meet again in the first half of the season.
