Jax lawmakers to hear pension reform proposals: The city's Retirement Reform Task Force will hear from the Pew Charitable Trust this morning on pension reform proposals. (WJCT)

Ship built using 9/11 steel on it's way to Mayport: The USS New York, with a bow stem made of more than seven tons of steel salvaged from the rubble of the World Trade Center, is on it's way from Norfolk, Va. to be stationed at Mayport. (Florida Times Union)

Several whales dead, stranded in Everglades: At least 10 pilot whales are dead and dozens stranded in Everglades National Park, as wildlife workers struggle to redirect them back out to deep water. (NPR)

Winston investigation results to be announced: State Attorney Willie Meggs has scheduled a press conference for 2 p.m. to announce his findings in the investigation into allegations of sexual battery made against FSU star quarterback Jameis Winston. (BuzzFeed)
