If you have ever used the computers at the library, officials want to hear about your experience.
The Jacksonville Public Library is conducting an anonymous online survey to find out how and why people use its computers and internet connections, says spokesperson Kathy Lussier.
“We’re really trying to get an accurate picture of what are people doing on the computers when they’re at the library. What do they wish they could do. How important is this for you at your public library," she said.
The information, Lussier says, will be used to, "shape the future of technology offerings at the library.”
The survey is accessible from the library's home page. The survey period runs through April 22.
