Jacksonville’s One Spark is partnering with the Manhattan-based Foundation Center to provide an additional level of networking support to social entrepreneurs and non-profits.One Spark co-founder Elton Rivas announced the alliance with the national philanthropic authority at a news conference Monday morning.
“They’re a group that provides grant makers and grant seekers with the opportunity to connect directly to talk about funding pathways for these organizations,” he said.
The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida will also provide each of the top ten social entrepreneur or non-profit One Spark vote getters with a one-year membership.
