There’s no shortage of pyrotechnic displays on the First Coast this weekend.

Palm Coast got a jump on everyone else by having its fireworks show Friday, July 3, at Central Park in Town Center.

St. Augustine will light up the skies over the Matanzas River at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. City officials recommend checking out the official Fourth of July information site for the latest traffic and parking lot information.

Fireworks will light up the sky over the Jacksonville Beach pier starting at 9 p.m. Saturday.

Downtown Jacksonville’s pyrotechnics will start exploding high above the St. Johns River at 9:45 p.m.

A number of streets in downtown Jacksonville will be closed to traffic Saturday because of Fourth of July festivities:

  • Hogan Street from Water Street to the river
  • Independent Drive from Hogan Street to Laura Street
  • Coastline Drive from Liberty Street to Market Street

Coastline Drive from Market Street to Newnan Street will be one-way southbound.
