Clay County Sheriff Says He's Going Out While Still On Top

Clay County Sheriff Rick Beseler announced Tuesday that he won’t be seeking a fourth term in office. After 42 years in public service — the last twelve as Clay County’s top law enforcement official — Beseler says he’s ready to retire. Clay County Sheriff Rick Beseler will be 62 when he leaves office in January 2017.
