Jacksonville Landing owner Toney Sleiman and Mayor Alvin Brown both want to build an entirely new plaza at the waterfront location.The new plan would include an opening to Laura Street, parking, a hotel, public art, and high rise residential units, among other amenities. It's sure to be an expensive project, if it takes flight.
