Governor Rick Scott wants to pump $30 million in state funds into workforce training.He’d also set aside about $1.5 million for trade and export assistance.
The announcement comes as a new poll shows a very tight race between Scott and potential Democratic nominee Charlie Crist.
Meanwhile, state Democrats continue to complain about a website for the unemployed that has been very difficult to access, delaying benefits for the jobless.
