March For Our Lives
This Saturday, millions of people are expected to participate in a march demanding more measures to keep people safer, including stronger gun laws.
The March For Our Lives will have the biggest turnout in Washington D.C. But marches and other related events are planned worldwide. It will also be observed locally, with marches in downtown Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach, Gainesville, and Brunswick, Georgia.
Overall, over 800 cities around the world are participating.

March is Women’s History Month, when the contributions of women across the country and the world take center stage.
The latest part of that history is the rise of the #MeToo movement. But what many people don’t know is the movement originated with an African-American woman.

That’s the subject of this month’s #RealTalk with host Charles Griggs and his all-female panel that looked at how sexual harassment can be addressed in the African-American community.

The Old Town Art Show is a juried art and craft show consisting of outstanding artists and craftsmen from Northeast Florida and around the country.
The jury committee carefully selects only the best work submitted in each category to assure a well-rounded, quality art and craft show.
You'll find everything from exquisite jewelry to funky and functional pottery, abstract sculpture to glistening glass, hand-woven fashions to stunning photography, extraordinary paintings to wonderful wood carvings.
It takes place Saturday and Sunday at Francis Field in St. Augustine.
