The City of Jacksonville announced on Monday that there will be a mandatory mask requirement for public and indoor locations, and environments that cannot practice social distancing.

We discussed it in more detail with Dr. Elizabeth Ransom of Baptist Health and Daniel Henry of the Duval County Democrats, who had called for on on Friday.

Healthy Lifestyle Choices

Commonsense lifestyle choices, like a plant-based diet, limiting alcohol, and getting some regular exercise really do make a difference in warding off cancer. Director of Breast Imaging at Memorial Hospital, Dr. Dianne Johnson,  joined us to discuss her new article in the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine and more.

The DONNA Marathon

The DONNA Foundation has announced that all signature DONNA events, including DONNA Marathon Weekend, will be presented virtually through Spring 2021. Amanda Napolitano, Executive Director of the DONNA Foundation, joined us to give more info on these upcoming events.
