StoryWalk
The Jacksonville Public Library just launched StoryWalk, where children can enjoy both the outdoors and reading at the same time. The first book-related walk, bringing to life the book Over in a River, Flowing out to the Sea by Marianne Berkes, is at Klutho Park in Springfield from September through December of 2020. Families who participate in the StoryWalk will be eligibile for a free book at the main public library, while supplies last. Jacksonville Public Library spokesman Chris Boivin joined us on the program.
