A 3-year-old boy is in critical condition after he was shot in the head Thursday night.
A woman was also injured in the shooting in a Northwest Jacksonville neighborhood, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Police responded to a home around 10 p.m. on Broadway Avenue at Carrie Street. According to investigators, a man entered the home and began shooting with two adults and two children inside, according to our News4Jax partner.
Police said they have leads on who the shooter might be, but they have not made an arrest. They said the shooter is a man, possibly in his mid 20s.
