Closed-Down University Club Getting New Life As Ameris Offices

The city of Jacksonville recently approved a permit for a $1.5 million renovation of the 27th floor at Riverplace Tower for Ameris Bank, the Daily Record Reports.

The floor was once the private University Club which closed in December 2016.
