We’re celebrating 60 years of Public Media on the First Coast in part by heading to Five Points for a street festival.
First Coast Live with Melissa Ross will help kick things off by broadcasting live from Derby on Park at 3908, 1068 Park Street in Jacksonville's Five Points neighborhood from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Melissa’s guests are scheduled to will include Jonathan Cobbs and Dwayne Beliakoff from The Bread and Board along with Laura Edgecombe, who is Director Of Events and Catering for Bread and Board and Derby on Park.
We’ll also be holding our Weekly Roundtable in Five Points with:
- David Bauerlein, reporter for The Florida Times-Union
- Regular contributor Charles Griggs
- Tim Gibbons of the Jacksonville Business Journal
- A.G. Gancarski of Florida Politics
WJCT’s David Luckin will also be broadcasting a live edition of the Electro Lounge from 8 until 10 p.m. from Five Points to get the joint jumping.
